🔹In order to implement the rights of persons with disabilities and to ensure state control over compliance with the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 20, 2023, No. 224-VII, the Head of the Department for Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population, the State Inspector of Social Protection (hereinafter referred to as the GISP), From August 18 to 20, 2025, the Department of the Committee for Regulation and Control in the Field of Social Protection of the Population in the Almaty Region, headed by D.T. Sengerbayev and Chief Specialist A.M. Akylbek, conducted preventive inspections at the M. Jalilov Secondary School with a Pre-School Mini-Center, the Malaya Aksu Secondary School, the Sunkara Secondary School, the Uzyntam Secondary School named after M. Maksatov, and the Central District Hospital in the Uygur District.
🔹During the preventive control, the main requirements of the Social Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 20, 2023, No. 224-VII, were explained, and the main requirements of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Anti-Corruption were also explained.
🔹Based on the identified violations, orders were issued to eliminate them.
🔹Within the framework of the law and their authority, the department’s specialists provided answers to all the questions raised.
